CCH was established in 1965 as a chauffeur driven car company providing transportation to corporate and private aviation operators at Heathrow and the surrounding airports.
Since 1966 the company has been continually licenced at LHR.
In 1998 the Company secured it's first commercial airline contract with SAS and this relationship continues to date.
Following this a programme of controlled expansion within the commercial airline sector commenced.
In 2000 the company obtained a full PSV Operators Licence.
In 2001 the chauffeur business was closed enabling the company to focus its resources on aviation customers.
The Company's remit was to provide the same qualities demanded by private aviation to its commercial airline customers and this proved highly successful.
Throughout, the Company's expansion was strictly controlled in order to maintain high service levels and as a consequence CCH enjoys an excellent reputation.
The Company now provides service to 23 airlines at LHR and has never lost an account.
CCH is now uniquely dedicated to the provision of aviation logistics alone and our commercial airline contracts account for over 95% of our customer base, the balance being Private, VIP, Corporate and Royal Flight aviation at Heathrow and airports in and around the South East.
The Company's aim is to identify opportunities for expansion that will not be detrimental to our service levels.
In 2014 CCH was recognised by Transdev as the leading crew transportation provider at London Heathrow Airport and was subsequently acquired in July 2014.
Transdev is one of the world's largest providers of public transport services with a wide range of operations including bus, coach, tram, cycle and transport on demand. Transdev also operates a range of airport transporation services in North America at JFK, La Guardia and Newark, and in Europe at Charles de Gaulle, Orly and Schiphol.
